Desperate people do desperate things. And on Tuesday night, two individuals removed at least one of the catalytic converters from the ARCH ShareHouse truck. We lock and boot the truck and trailer each night, and we have cameras on the vehicle, but the individuals were able to avoid having their faces caught on film.

We use that truck nearly every day, picking up donated items, delivering gently used household goods to clients, and helping people reestablish themselves in their new homes.

We've been told that it might be MONTHS before the catalytic converter(s) are able to be replaced. ARCH and our partner agencies rely on that truck and trailer, and to say that it will be a limitation would be a serious understatement.

We are just in the early stages of figuring out our next steps, but what we do know is that it WILL take resources. If you are able to help defray some of those costs, we, and so many others, would very much appreciate it.
