Whether you provide programming related to this month's focus area or not, your voice and expertise are critical.
Every day, people in Acadiana face challenges meeting their most basic needs — food, housing, healthcare, transportation, childcare, and more. And every day, organizations are on the front lines, offering support, building pathways, and doing the hard work of change.
Join us for the fourth bimonthly meeting of Groundwork, where we focus on a different topic area — from food access and maternal health to housing stability, education, transportation, and beyond. Together, we:
- Share what programs, resources, or supports are being offered right now
- Identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities, and build a comprehensive resource map
- Build better coordination and cross-referrals
- Learn from one another and spark collaborative action
May's meeting will focus on WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT. We will also be reviewing our work thus far and provide feedback for future meetings.
Whether your organization is large or small, well-established or grassroots, your voice and work are critical to the conversation.
This event is free, however registration is required. Many thanks to our project partners, and to the Downtown Convention Center for hosting.
